You can set up authentication information for protected sites that you download from under Options/Security. Click the Add button to add a site, enter the site name like "www.gozilla.com" and then enter your username and password. BulletProof Go!Zilla will also download from URLs that have the authentication information imbedded such as ftp://username:passsword@ftpsite.com/path/file
