BP Go!Zilla / General Questions
What do the Trip, Hops, Loss & Status mean on the site speed check?
Hops: Number of intervening computers or hubs between you and the server. This number is not always totally correct.

Trip: Round trip time in milliseconds for data to go from you to the server and back again.

Loss: Percentage of data that is being lost in transit. It is either being dropped somewhere from you to the server or from the server back to you.

Status: This is just a textual description of the combination of the Trip time and the Loss.
